You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 30 days from the day you receive the goods or from the day on which a third party designated by you, not acting as carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear statement.

We will make the refund no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used to place your order and you will not incur any charges for such a return.
Conditions for returns:
For the goods to be eligible for return, make sure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
- Goods are placed in the original packaging
The following goods are not returnable:
- Custom-made or strictly personalised goods.
- Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, e.g. goods which are perishable or whose expiry date has passed.
- Goods that are not returnable for health or hygiene safety reasons and have been unpacked after delivery.
- Goods which, once delivered, will, according to their nature, be inseparable from other objects.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of goods that do not meet the above return conditions. The decision to return is at our discretion.
Return of goods
The customer shall bear the costs and risks of returning the goods to us. The goods should be sent to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return transport. For this reason, we recommend using insurance and a postal tracking service. We cannot make a refund if we do not receive the goods or confirmation that we have received the return parcel.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher with a value equal to the value of the returned goods. Upon receipt of the returned product, the gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the merchandise was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give the product to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
